    **Membership Retail Discount of 20% applies to all IN-STUDIO regular priced retail purchase including sunless products, body care, clothing, jewelry, accessories, etc. Does not grant additional 20% off SALE items. For all IN-STUDIO retails sales where the sale price is greater than 20%, that will be the discount applied. Membership can not be redeemed for cash, transferred to another persons account or refunded. Memberships can be shared only by married spouses and parents/minor children. Members are still subject to cancellation and no show policies.

     

     

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    All tans are to be scheduled by appointment only. A waiting list will be made once the day is booked. You may cancel your appointment anytime up to 2 hours before your scheduled service with no penalty.
    CANCELING/RESCHEDULING your appointment within the 2 HOURS before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of $20. No show appointments will be charged for one full tan ($70).
    If you have an existing tanning MEMBERSHIP SERIES and are a NO SHOW, one tan will be deducted from your balance.
    If you do not have a package and are a NO SHOW, you will be charged one full tan ($70) or the balance of your booked appointment amount.


    BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

    You may call the studio at 404.256.0777 to book your next tan or you may book online. When you call the studio to book, we will ask you for you desired time, name, email, phone number and a method of payment to hold the appointment...either a credit/debit card number or a Spray Studio gift certificate number. We only ask for this information (which is also requested with online booking) HOLD your spot. Your card will NOT be charged. This is simply to cover us in the event that you do not cancel in time or are a no show, resulting in a loss for us that could have been filled by another client. As of now the Cancellation Policy is as stated above. Clients are notified of all business changes via email.


    We are a CASH-FREE business and except all major credit/debit cards.
